assumes acceptance of the following general conditions:
1.- Acceptance and availability of the General Contract
Conditions
Through the acceptance of the present contract, you state:
a) That you are of age and with legal capacity to enter into
a contract,
b) That you have read and understood the present general conditions.
These general conditions (hereinafter, "the General
Conditions"), regulate the legal relationship that arises
from the contracting processes or consultations undertaken
between users-clients (hereinafter “the Clients”)
of the PROYECTOIP Website, located at the url http://www.proyectoip.com
property of the aforementioned ProyectoIP Intelligence Solutions,
S.L. (hereinafter "PROYECTOIP").
The Clients accept the General Conditions from the moment
they use the website or formulate any enquiry. This document
may be printed and stored by Clients. PROYECTOIP places at
their disposal the telephone number 968 198 860 and the email
address info@proyectoip.com so that they may present any queries
in relation to the General Conditions.
2.- Applicable legislation
The present General Conditions are subject to Law 7/1988,
of 13th April, regarding General Contractual Conditions, to
Law 26/1984, of 19th July, General Law for the Defence of
Consumers and Users, to Royal decree 1906/1999, of 17th December
1999, by which Telephonic or Electronic Contracts are regulated
by general conditions, to Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December,
regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature, to
Law 7/1996, of 15th January regarding the Regulation of Retail
Trade, and to Law 34/2002 of 11th July, regarding Information
Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
3.- Modification of the General Conditions
PROYECTOIP may modify the General Conditions, notifying Clients
sufficiently in advance, for the purposes of improving the
products and services offered through PROYECTOIP.
Through the modification of the General Conditions exhibited
on the PROYECTOIP website, said notification will be deemed
to have been given.
In any event, prior to using the services or advice, Clients
may consult the General Conditions.
4.- Intellectual Property
The contents supplied by PROYECTOIP are subject to intellectual
and industrial property rights and belong exclusively to PROYECTOIP
or the physical people or legal entities indicated.
Through the acquisition of a service, PROYECTOIP does not
confer to the acquiring party any rights of alteration, exploitation,
reproduction, distribution or public communication in relation
to same, with PROYECTOIP reserving all these rights. The cession
of said rights will require the prior written consent of PROYECTOIP.
The intellectual property extends, in addition to the content
included in PROYECTOIP, to the graphics, logos, design, images
and source code used for its programming.
5.- Use of the service and responsibilities
PROYECTOIP does not guarantee the permanent availability
of the services, remaining exonerated from any type of responsibility
for possible damages caused due to the lack of availability
of the services due to force majeure or errors in the data
transfer telematic networks, beyond its control.
PROYECTOIP is not responsible for the content of the links
to other websites which are not their property and which,
therefore, cannot be controlled by them.
The client states that he/she is aware of the information
facilitated by PROYECTOIP through its services, which are
not legal in nature and only provided for informative purposes.
Privacy policy
7.- Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction.
The present General Conditions will be governed and interpreted
in accordance with the Legislation of Spain.
8.- Notifications
All notifications, requirements, petitions and other communications
which must be made between the parties in relation to the
present General Conditions, must be made in writing and will
be understood to have been duly effected when they have been
personally delivered or send by ordinary post to the other
party’s address or email address of same, or any other
address or email which for these purposes each party may indicate
to the other.
9.- Nullity and ineffectiveness of the Clauses
If any clause included in these General Conditions were to
be declared, totally or partially, null or ineffective, said
nullity or ineffectiveness would only affect that clause or
the part of same resulting null or ineffective, with the General
Conditions remaining fully in force in relation to all other
contents and clauses.
10º.- Obligation to make proper use of the Website
The use of the information contained on our Website will
be undertaken in accordance with the Law and with the specific
rules and conditions of each of the elements of same, as well
as the regulations established in these Conditions of Use.
All this information is protected by copyright, and where
applicable authors and owners rights, and/or the legal regulations
that guarantee intellectual property, in such a way that any
unauthorised use will represent a violation of said protective
regulations. Specifically, the user must be aware of the following:

recommendations
a) PROYECTOIP will not be held directly, indirectly or subsidiarily

contained within same.
b) This website does not provide any type of recommendation
about any products or services other than those expressed,
or any advice whatsoever.
c) Cookies: Cookies are not used.
d) www.proyectoip.com can be seen in all resolutions from

12º.-Confidentiality of personal data:
The handling of the personal data managed through this website
will be undertaken in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999,
of 13th December, regarding the Protection of Data of a Personal
Nature.
The only purpose of taking this data is to maintain the contractual
relation for the Services that You as a Client decide to consult.
The data gathered consists of: name, surname, company, telephone
and email and may be rectified or cancelled at any time we
received an unencrypted email to our personnel at info@proyectoip.com.
PROYECTOIP will receive the data sent by You through the unencrypted
form for consultations of contact, which will arrive at our
email in the PROYECTOIP offices. You accept the sending of
said data through same.
At no time will data be ceded to third parties or made public.
The information facilitated by the Client must be truthful.
To this effect, the Client guarantees the authenticity of
all the data communicated as a consequence of completing the
necessary forms for the information requested. Similarly,
it will be the responsibility of the Client to keep said information
permanently update so that, at any given time, it responds
to the real situation of the Client.
The Client will be the only party responsible for sending
said form and for any false or inaccurate statements made
and any damage caused to PROYECTOIP or third parties due to
the information facilitated.
13º.- Applicable legislation and jurisdiction:
The use made of our website is governed by Spanish legislation
regardless of the legal environment of the user. All disputes
that arise from these Conditions of Use will be resolved in
the Spanish Tribunals of San Javier in Murcia.
